Illegal Activity:
Services may not be used for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Violations of intellectual property law
• Operating services intended to facilitate illegal activity
Network Abuse:
Customers may not use services in a way that interferes with network operations or negatively impacts other users. Prohibited activities include:
• Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks
• Launching attacks against other systems
• Port scanning or vulnerability scanning without authorization
• Exploiting network services or security vulnerabilities
• Operating botnets or malware command servers
Spam and Unsolicited Messaging:
Services may not be used to send unsolicited bulk email ("spam") or operate services that facilitate spam distribution. This includes:
• Bulk unsolicited email campaigns
• Email harvesting or address scraping
• Operating open mail relays or misconfigured mail servers that enable spam
Malware and Harmful Software:
Customers may not host, distribute, or operate software intended to harm systems or users. Prohibited activities include:
• Malware distribution
• Ransomware or trojans
• Phishing websites
• Credential harvesting systems
• Exploit kits or automated attack tools
Resource Abuse:
Services may not be used in ways that cause excessive resource consumption or degrade infrastructure performance. Prohibited uses include:
• Cryptocurrency mining without authorization
• Excessive CPU or network usage that impacts service stability
• Running services that create abnormal load or disruption
Security Violations:
Customers must not attempt to bypass security measures or access systems without authorization. This includes:
• Attempting unauthorized access to servers or accounts
• Circumventing authentication mechanisms
• Monitoring network traffic without authorization
Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their systems, including:
• Keeping software and operating systems updated
• Maintaining secure credentials
• Preventing unauthorized access to servers or applications
Investigation and Enforcement:
AcuNett.com reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. In the event of a violation, the Company may take actions including:
• Immediate suspension of services
• Network filtering or traffic restrictions
• Termination of services
• Cooperation with law enforcement authorities when required
Reporting Abuse:
Suspected abuse or violations of this policy may be reported through our support portal:
