Management Service Order Forms
 

After you order a service, please register a new account at our secure SSL-encrypted HelpDesk.

Please follow the instructions below that are applicable to your order.

Some services may require additional tickets. All initial tickets must include the below information:

  • Invoice/Transaction ID(s)
  • Name
  • Emergency SMS & Phone Number
  • Server Hostname
  • Server IP Address
  • Server Datacenter
  • Server Root Password
  • Server Control Panel URL
  • Server Control Panel Password
  • Special Instructions or Requests
  • Datacenter Control Panel Login (if needed)
  • Operating System and Version

Essential/Fortified Setup & One Time Services:

Only one ticket is required. The ticket's title should reflect the service being ordered. This ticket should be submitted to our Server Setup / One Time Services Department.

AcuNett 24x7 Proactive Management Instructions:

Three tickets are required.

The first ticket should be titled "Initial Server Setup" and should be submitted to our Server Setup / One Time Services Department.

The second ticket should be titled "Proactive Management Service - Hostname". In place of "hostname" please post the hostname of your server. This ticket will be used to provide you with weekly reports of what has been done to your server. This will include a security audit, system health check, and any packages or software upgraded.

The third ticket should be titled "Server Monitoring - Hostname." In place of "hostname" please post the hostname of your server. In addition please include your datacenter login or reboot procedure, as well as a URL to monitor. We will notify you whenever your server is down and let you know the steps we have taken to bring it back online.

Emergency Admin Work Services ($60/hr):

Only one ticket is required. In addition to the initial ticket submitted, please send an email to Emergency@AcuNett.com. The title should read "Emergency Admin Work," and the body should contain the ticket ID of your initial ticket.
