| AcuNett was founded July, 2001.
AcuNett started offering free services to webmasters across the
world. Soon after, AcuNett began offering low cost Virtual Hosting
solutions. In early 2002, AcuNett expanded its services to offer
bulk reseller accounts to smaller web hosting companies. Later
in the year, having outgrown their reseller accounts, many loyal
customers purchased dedicated servers and requested AcuNett
staff to manage them.
AcuNett just celebrated its four year anniversary last July. Managed
and owned by young entrepreneurs gaining business experience everyday,
AcuNett takes pride in showing their customers they will go great
lengths to make them happy and help their businesses succeed.
AcuNett provides a large range of services from Virtual Hosting
plans starting at $3.95 per month to Dedicated Servers at $349 per month. AcuNett has many resources for customers
such as an online forum allowing customers to get the latest news
quick and fast, while interacting with and giving help to other
AcuNett customers. AcuNett provides the Direct Admin, PLESK and
CPanel control panels offering variety and expansion to our Resellers'
businesses. In January 2004, AcuNett officially launched its low-cost Server
Management Service to the public. One year later, AcuNett's Server Management
Service is growing at a rate of 10% per month and is known for surpassing
industry standards by offering a 3 hour response time guarantee,
and an average response time of 30 minutes or less to its
customers. AcuNett has worked on more than a thousand servers in its
history and has been indirectly responsible for the welfare of over half
a million online presences. In late 2004, AcuNett also launched Backup
Solutions as well
as its Server SitterTM Service. The backup service offers a specialized
solution for web hosts looking to offer remote data backups to
their clients. The Server Sitter Service enables AcuNett's
technicians
to monitor client servers while they are unable to, allowing the
clients to sleep well or enjoy that vacation they have been planning
for several months.
In early 2005, AcuNett launched its new line of Dedicated
Servers as well as the new HelpDesk Hoster service. The new
Opterons and Xeons give web hosts and small businesses
unparalleled performance at an affordable price. A
company's helpdesk is their most valuable asset and their main
portal to their customers. The loss or compromise of a helpdesk
can mean the end of a business. Thus we launched the HelpDesk
Hoster, to provide an extremely secure and stable environment to
host our client's most critical application. In late 2005, due
to high demand from our management clients for a seamless
support/management system, AcuNett began accepting Outsourced
Technical Support requests. Our management SLA has also been
decreased to a guaranteed 2.5 hour response and 25 minute
average response. In early 2006, AcuNett launched its line of
Fully Managed VPS (Virtual Private Server) and Fully Managed
Dedicated Servers. A new website was launched to facilitate the
different divisions of AcuNett, LLC. |
