Three tickets will be opened on your behalf at our
secure
SSL-encrypted HelpDesk.
The first ticket will be titled "Essential Server
Setup" or "Fortified Server Setup,"
depending on your order.
The second ticket will be titled "Proactive
Management Service - Hostname". This ticket will be used to provide you
with weekly reports of what has been done to your server. This will
generally include a security audit, system health check, and
any packages or
software upgraded.
The third ticket will be titled "24x7 Server
Monitoring - Hostname." We will notify you
whenever your server is down and let you know the steps we have
taken to
bring it back online.
