You may then submit your troubleshooting case to us immediately.

Emergency Admin Time (15 Minute Reaction) - $60

Emergency Admin Time Instructions:

Please select the "Critical Emergency (ERS)" priority when submitting your ticket. In addition, please send an email to ERS@AcuNett.com. The title should read "Emergency Status" and the body should contain the ticket ID of your initial ticket.
